Qld: Missing boy found safe
A 12-year-old boy reported missing on Brisbane's southern outskirts has been found safe and well.
Police say the boy was spotted walking down Paradise Road in Woodridge at 7.30am (AEST)
and was taken to the local police station.
The boy left the Mabel Park State High School on Paradise Road just before 4pm yesterday
and called his mother to say he'd meet her at the Woolworths supermarket at Wembley Road
in nearby Kingston.
When he failed to arrive, his mother reported him missing, sparking an extensive search
of surrounding streets and bushland by police and State Emergency Service volunteers.
