What Australian newspapers say Monday April 21=2

SYDNEY, April 21 AAP - Australia has made little public contribution to the discussion
of reinvolvement of the United Nations, including its weapons instructors, and other international
groups, including the European Union, in assisting Iraq, The Canberra Times says.

"It is a contribution we should be making, and all of our contribution should be focused
on bringing the international community back into the picture, not least in helping the
people of Iraq rebuild their country, in re-establishing order, and in bringing the whole
affair back into clear international legality.

"It is within that context, and that alone, that Australia should consider peacekeeping
troops and other assistance."
