(ADPnews) - Mar 23, 2011 - Italian banking group UniCredit SpA (BIT:UCG) reported Wednesday a net profit of EUR 1.323 billion (USD 1.9bn) for 2010, down 22.2% from EUR 1.7 billion in 2009.
UniCredit's profit beat the analyst consensus of EUR 1.22 billion.
On a constant currency and perimeter basis, the operating income fell by 5.9% to EUR 26.347 billion and net interest income dropped 9.3% to EUR 16 billion.
